Founder

Scaled gaming lifestyle brand CLOAK 1600%+ and built a 300M+ creator network along with partners like Microsoft, Mastercard, and Bandai. Grew REPRESENT.COM (now Cameo) into a leading creator commerce platform. Helped lead subscription commerce platform LOOT CRATE to #1 on the Inc 5000 with 280+ IP deals and strategic partnerships like Walmart, Amazon, FOX. An award-winning creative with a focus on branding and fashion. Her work has received multiple Clios, Lions, and Pencils including the Cannes Gold Lion for her first website concept for NikeWomen. She has lived and worked in Copenhagen, New York and Los Angeles. With more than fifteen years experience in digital, print, television, production and publishing, including concepts for Nike, Adidas, IKEA, and Tommy Hilfiger, photo shoot production for Supreme, Undefeated, and Roberto Cavalli; artist licensing with Estēe Lauder, Vans and Tiffany & Co; her ability to navigate from original ideation to final execution, along with a deep understanding of fashion, lifestyle and youth culture make her one of the most sought after creative minds in the business.

A New York based creative producer and strategist focused on brand activations, cultural partnerships, and experience design. With a background in art history and creative development, she shapes stories that turn customers into community through elevated experiential work. Her past clients include Expedia, Apple Music, Paper, Poppi, Red Bull, Golden Goose, Primark, RCA Records, Barry’s, Neiman Marcus, and Omega. CREATIVE DIRECTOR
A multi-faceted Creative Director in visual design, logo design brand development, currently based in Los Angeles after having worked and lived in both Chicago & New York City. He has created campaigns for The North Face, Nike, Google, and Motorola and worked for agencies including Chiat Day, Media Arts Lab, and MullenLowe. In addition to his work in design, Mark is also an accomplished music producer. He has done sound design for MTV Music Awards, The Oscars, Pixar and Beats by Dre.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT/PRODUCTION
A Los Angeles–based product development and production leader with deep roots in skate, streetwear, and contemporary footwear. A multiple-time founder and early pioneer in the skate category, he co-created DVS Shoe Company, Matix Clothing, Lakai Limited, and Clae Footwear. Across three decades, he’s identified white space, built brands from the ground up, and delivered category-defining product with precision. His work has driven more than $2B in global apparel and footwear sales, powered by an instinctive read on the market and a commitment to disciplined execution.
